Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Pinpoint mobile application ("Service") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pinpoint is a mobile application designed for automatic location tracking and trip recording. Key features include:

• Automatic Tracking: The app automatically records your drives and stops without manual intervention.
• Local Data Storage: All location data is stored exclusively on your device to ensure your privacy.
• Sharing: You can share your routes publicly. By sharing, you acknowledge that the route itself will be accessible to anyone with the link.

3. Pinpoint Premium Subscription

The Service offers both a free and a premium subscription plan ("Pinpoint Premium").

• Free Version: The free version of the Service provides limited access to your trip history, allowing you to view data from the last two (2) days.
• Premium Subscription: By purchasing a Pinpoint Premium subscription, you unlock access to the last 30 days of your trip history, analytics, route sharing and other features remains unlimited.

Free Trial

We offer a one-time 14-day free trial for Pinpoint Premium. The trial provides full access to all premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically enrolled in the monthly subscription.

Billing and Renewal

Pinpoint Premium is a recurring monthly subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the data you create and share using the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You must ensure your device settings allow the necessary permissions (e.g., "Always Allow" for location services) for the Service to function as intended.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the app's creators.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no representations about the precision of location data, as it is fully dependent on iOS services, your device's GPS, network connection, and hardware, which may vary and lead to errors or gaps in tracking.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, or any inaccuracies arising from iOS dependencies, GPS signals, network issues, or hardware limitations.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
