Delete Your Pinpoint Account

You can delete your Pinpoint account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by request. Choose whichever is easier for you below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Pinpoint and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Re-authenticate with your Google account when prompted, then confirm.
4. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email contact@pinpointapp.me from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (Google sign-in identity) and profile (name, email, photo)
• Your trips, pins, routes, and saved places
• Your subscription record and AI usage history
• All location data collected by the app

What may be retained

Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained. Billing and transaction records may be kept where required by law. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 90 days.
